Got a call back in less than 10 minutes... Of course in that time the vehicle "glitch" went away on its own. But the man that called back said he didn't want to waste my money coming out for a problem that didn't exist yet he still cared enough to discuss things to check to avoid issue from popping back up. Problem never came back but mechanics at my shop checked out what he suggested and found loose connection. Very helpful. Thank you

When life gives you a flat call Imperial Diesel! New tire and 45 minutes later we were good to go. He got there fast and since we were out of town he helped us get a new tire so we could keep our spare for the road. In no time we has a new running tire ready to go! Friendly and honest people too. Way faster than our insurance roadside assistance. Thanks Eli!
